Pros

Direct access to all levels of company leadership. Provided a great deal of autonomy for managing my location.

Cons

Difficult to staff locations and high turnover results in high pressure environment where as branch manager, you become responsible for completing the work of vacated positions.

Cons

People never stop being so great, it never ends and everyone is a lot of fun to be around and work with.
