Pros
None at all, and that is being nice.
Cons
The pay is 14$ an hour, which is slightly above minimum wage. They have a two week training which is useless due to learning about what techs do and not what you will be doing. The system is so outdated and useless. training exam is over 30 questions and you can not use your training book just handwritten notes. Trainers are micromanagers and belittling to those who have additional questions or are confused. There is no company moral here, everyone working here keeps to themselves to prevent them for losing their job or getting written up. Lastly, they have incentives for employees to give 5 star reviews. The incentive is like a 5$ gift card for lying about their experience and making the company seem better than it is.
