Pros

Flexible working , development opportunities , free oyster card , final salary pension . The sheers size of TfL means that ine is able to move around and experience a wide variety of work .

Cons

Rampant organisational changes, incompetent senior management , lack of promotion opportunities. Lack of mentoring and leadership within organisation. Poor employee performance measurement framework.

Work life balance. Decent salary 30 days annual leave (more if you're old school) Final salary pension scheme.

Cons

Ineptitude is promoted. Managers are only interested in their head counts rather than the benefit of the team and/or company. Dealing with IM is a nightmare.
