      Pros

      TransPerfect is the perfect mix of a well-established company and a start-up atmosphere. There are of course set tracks, but you don't have to follow them if you're not happy for any reason. Because the company is rapidly growing, innovation and leadership from below are encouraged. In my past year I've been given more responsibility, opportunity, and compensation than I though was possible.

      The translation industry can be tough to differentiate yourself within - selling technology at Transperfect is where it's at.

      Pros

      Great place for an entry level job. You'll learn a lot in a short period of time and leave with a highly marketable set of skills.

      Cons

      Everything. This is probably the worst place that I have ever worked. From the top down it's poorly run. They are cheap, dishonest, and disorganized. Management and Middle Management is a joke and often times learning how to do their jobs on the fly. Compensation is terrible. Benefits are terrible. Work/Life balance is non existent. If you are over the age of 25 and have any work experience this is not the place for you.
