      Toxic, Unfair, Gossips, fire you unfairly off of hearsay.

      The training is the only good part of this job.

      Cons

      Manager listens to hear say, they hire all employees through a agency so they can drop you anytime and don’t have to pay unemployment or getting sued for unfair termination. Gossip A lot!!!! Toxic HR, Supervisors and Managers. No one got your back.

      TransCore-MDTA is an awesome place to work. Training and nesting supervisors have your back. The staff is caring!

      Cons

      Breaks are short however that's compensated with periods of off-peak workload.
