great pay, some of the people are great too

Cons

Favoritism rules! equipment not always working. Also, do not apply here if you are male or not related to someone already working there. In the last few years, 3 male employees have been let go. 2 remain but are related to other employees.

Excellent benefits, all non salaried positions are 90 day temp to perm. Small local office as part of larger parent company.

Cons

Local oversight could be better. Pay rates could also be better if they want to stay competitive.
