      The people I worked with were great.

      Cons

      You could see people work in development needs and change but people would still hold things against them years later. I saw this happen to a peer and it slowed her career progression.

      Work culture is badly depriving. Senior management is sitting in position wherein they themselves do not have any experience. Purely lacking strategy and load front teams due to compensate.
