      Pros

      Pay and benefits. Bonuses periodically.

      Cons

      Politics. Encouraged to give opinions and then slapped down for it. Management not supportive. IR does not truly care about the employee.

      Great people to work with but downhill from there if you are considering IT.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Great immediate supervisor. Good opportunity to gain knowledge. Flexible work arrangements. Might be a good place to work as long as it's not IT.

      Cons

      Be very careful with what the HR recruiter promises you. Make sure the offer letter contains precise language (beware of statements like "you may get"). No bonus, 60+ hour work weeks, areas in IT frequently overlap and step on each other's toes. Poor communication from upper and middle management.

      "A" team players are leaving while local management team is oblivious and keeps marching on unrealistic "Takt" goal.
