Pros

High energy, charismatic leadership team, great people. In the two years I've been here the company has gone from managing 400 million with 4-5 locations to over 1 billion with 19 locations in 7 states. Tons of room for career growth, excellent compensation and culture. Overall a very exciting company to work at.

Cons

Nothing beyond the kinds of growing pains that can be expected at this rate of growth

Pros

The salary was great. I loved what I did and I enjoyed my team. I also enjoyed most of my coworkers. The Owners always went out of their way to uplift and thank their employees. Office is beautiful.

Cons

Male vs Female, Fox News always on the monitor, I have never experienced a co that had SO much turn around in a short amount of time. Dishonest and bullying

Before you can be honest with others, you have to be honest with yourself. Unfortunately, under the cloak of anonymity there is even less accountability for you or the company to take any appropriate action. We have numerous TV’s surrounding the entire perimeter of the office and hundreds of monitors. I took a walk and literally none of the TV’s currently air Fox news. One, just one, is currently airing Newsmax (which isn’t a co requirement). Employees have the ability to change the station as the remote is made available and in plain sight. All of the remaining monitors and screens have market commentary, market news, market feeds and performance reporting. This is made available so employees understand company metrics and to keep up to date on the daily market activity. You had the option to change the channel without pushback from leadership. Male vs Female. Although I don’t know what this means, 60% of our leadership team is female and 60% of our executive leadership team is female. We also have a female COO which is rare in today’s business world. We post our jobs across diverse sites to attract the most talented individuals. We have a diverse organization and always choose the most qualified candidates for open roles. Had you wished this be even more diverse, we have an employee referral program. The program pays a bonus to existing employees who refer candidates. You found it easier to complain anonymously than to take action, as you referred no one in your entire tenure. Industry turnover averages 18.6%. Our turnover is 15.8% which includes employer initiated terminations (for cause, performance, etc.). Our turnover is well below industry standards. As an organization, we are very competitive with Fortune 100 companies. We pride ourselves on offering well above competitive wages, great benefits with employee healthcare coverage paid for by the company, very regular employee appreciation events, a collaborative team environment as well as conducting regular feedback sessions with employees to continuously improve. We value our employees feedback to help build a better organization and have enacted many changes because of it. Every leader has a very open door policy. There is no employee in our company that is off limits from discussions to enact change for the better…we believe in our employees and support their input! We do not tolerate any type of bullying or dishonesty and have written policies to help prevent it. It is unfortunate that you did not take advantage of speaking to HR or other leaders to address your concerns. If you desire change, you need to communicate, but be mature enough to know, no one person is right all of the time and not all of the changes you seek are the best. We wish you the very best in your next career endeavor.
