      Pros

      Fast paced with an accountability to all mindset. For someone who’s focused on the outcome, Trajan can be a great place that anyone in any role can make a significant impact. Hard work and results are recognized and rewarded. Upper management is open to new ideas and gives autonomy to execute.

      Cons

      Not a great fit for someone who’s just looking to float under the radar.

      Pros

      The office is clean, and the client database is well-organized — that is about all that can be said positively.

      Cons

      - Every conversation feels scripted and hollow, like reading from a manual instead of speaking with real people. -Sales reps are trained to push endlessly, ignoring the importance of honesty or genuine connection. - Ethics mean nothing when hitting numbers is all that matters. - The constant focus on quotas poisons every interaction and kills authenticity. - The atmosphere is filled with anxiety and forced smiles, where everyone pretends to love a system that slowly breaks them down. - Burnout is visible everywhere, and morale is long gone. - Serving clients is secondary to making sales at any cost.
