Sometimes they have good days and sometimes they have bad days, but regardless, they get back up, shake it off and get back to working on the vision I have laid the foundation for just over 10 years ago. Since you interviewed, we have opened 4 new offices - further showing the resilience of our team and the fact that more people buy into our values and vision than not. Sure, we may have a toxic employee or toxic candidate from time to time, but we do our best to eliminate them, quickly.
