Pros

Trajan Wealth is great at marketing and generating leads for advisors. Also the platform for servicing is helpful as there is a team in place to ensure the proper and efficient processing of all client needs

Cons

I have been here 3 years and have yet to encounter one

Pros

Jeff and Trajan are in the process of expanding, poised for continued growth in the years ahead. Their establishment of new offices is set to attract additional clients and generate increased workload for the organization. Jeff demonstrates adeptness in fostering growth within the practice.

Cons

The morale within the company registers significantly below par, as a majority exhibit a lack of enthusiasm towards their work. Trajan and Jeff seem firmly entrenched in a traditional mindset that prescribes the necessity of physically appearing at the office in formal attire, believing this to be the sole path to success.

It's that growth that provides opportunities and advancement for the right people. Morale with some is low... Morale, like ambition, is a choice. Like anything, you will get what you give. We certainly appreciate seeing people in the office and looking great! Guilty as charged! All the best.

Pros

Some people who work there are nice.

Cons

They seem to be stuck in the 1990s and don't feel you should question authority or bring new ideas. Owner changes his mind on the flip of a coin and doesn't care about merit, it's all about who compliments him the most. Very toxic, poor comp and benefits.

You were the same person who posted as a candidate who declined our offer last week... you can't be both. Here is the previous response we posted: We have grown 40% YOY since I started the company. We are certainly not stuck in anything let alone the 90's. Our success has everything to do with our great people. Sometimes they have good days and sometimes they have bad days, but regardless, they get back up, shake it off and get back to working on the vision I have laid the foundation for just over 10 years ago. Since you interviewed, we have opened 4 new offices - further showing the resilience of our team and the fact that more people buy into our values and vision than not. Sure, we may have a toxic employee or toxic candidate from time to time, but we do our best to eliminate them, quickly. While you are busy posting anonymously about your feelings not taking ownership or accountability, know we'll be back here making a difference and doing our best to help people live their best financial lives. All the best to you.
