Hours were great and work was not overly challenging.

Cons

Repeat work constantly. Boss would cuss out employees and would not hesitate to throw someone under the bus. There was no support from management. Manager was not qualified for job - little education and credentials. Department had constant turnover.

Full insurance at no cost, good for families Work/life balance, rarely expected more than 40 hours

Cons

Very little room for advancement, lower levels paid like peasants. Change makes snails blush for how slow it is Every group is viewed as a whole, poor employees are not punished, good employees not rewarded. Every choice is going back to Japan for denial, then re-work with Japanese ideas Middle man with very little value add, place in market is a joke
