Pros
It's a paycheck even if low. Contract workers do get some benefits like drug coverage. There's nothing else good to say about this place.
Cons
Management is actively indifferent to workers who are treated as 100% replaceable. Most people are contract or temp. There is no chance of career advancement. The pay is very low. There is no morale or work culture, everyone waits for 5:00 to leave. The work is the same and repetitive every day. Some people work extraordinary hours just to get overtime and make a liveable wage. Turnover is very high people come and go before you even know their name. The only customer hates us and complains every day. Safety is just lip service. They have fired people for no reason. Only accept an offer here if you have no other choice, and even then, continue looking for elsewhere.
