Very little room for advancement, lower levels paid like peasants. Change makes snails blush for how slow it is Every group is viewed as a whole, poor employees are not punished, good employees not rewarded. Every choice is going back to Japan for denial, then re-work with Japanese ideas Middle man with very little value add, place in market is a joke
