      Helping disadvantaged persons with disabilities. Great colleagues, great location.

      Cons

      Poor upper management.Upper Management has no accountability, Upper management consistently makes poor decisions and ultimately throws middle management under the bus when the outcome to the decision is not favorable.

      Providing for individuals in need and doing such positive work

      Cons

      If you are not blood-related to the CEO, you will not grow and there will be no financial growth either. No benefits either.
