      Pros

      Good opportunnity to advocate for individuals with developmetal disabilities. Good pay with mileage reimbursements, benefits are ok, Supportive supervisors, Laptop, phone, and printer are provided for home office. Mostly all federal holidays are observed.

      Cons

      PTO can be used but you have to make up the billing units for your days off (terrible idea!) Very High CCS Turnover due to unrealistic unit demands.
