*Unattainable daily goal expectations of Coordinators of Community Services that can cause one to work more than eight hours a day.
*No incentives and the benefits are not beneficial: Yes, on federal holidays Coordinators of Community Services do not have to work; however, Coordinators of Community Services are expected to bill/work more on other days throughout the month if there is a federal holiday. This also applies when utilizing sick time. The health insurance plans are extremely expensive. Mileage reimbursement is not calculated in "real time", and Coordinators of Community Services are expected to use only Mapquest and the "shortest route". No bonus for exceptional performance review. If you accrue "CompTime" within one pay period, than it must be used the following pay period.
*ALL Coordinators of Community Services are paid the same salary whether you have a Bachelor degree. Masters degree, and ones work experience.
*Billing triumphs quality of services.
