      The company provides growth opportunities The company pays well I personally have an amazing supervisor that is so supportive They offer training to strengthen skills

      During training, a lot is being taught which felt overwhelming. There has been a lot of requirement changes that have been made in the administration portion It is a lot of paperwork that is in need of submission besides the notes.

      100% remote provided excellent equipment for home office standard health insurance

      required far more weekly billing units than all other like agencies - CEO is greedy toxic culture - CEO is a bully and doesn't know how to talk to or motivate her staff nepotism abounds exhausting - because you're working around the clock to get your billing units in daily. high turnover, so clients go for months without being contacted/served agency was digging themselves out of being noncompliant with the state of MD and did a mass hiring in the summer of 2020 - most are gone now

      Cons

      Billing 28 units per day while coordinating meetings and keeping track of 30+ clients was grueling. The Executive Director only cared about numbers, and said so every opportunity. High turnover, and many unsatisfied clients. High stress. Family run, and highly unprofessional behaviors from administration.
