Pros

No previous retail experience required, and 401k plan. It was a good first job opportunity in dealing with customer service, and working the cash register. As someone once mentioned to me, if you can work at Sawgrass, then you can work any customer service job.

Cons

Work on Thanksgiving, most of the managers are unsympathetic with employees, and they rarely ever acknowledge you for good work, only when you do something wrong.
