Pros

Only thing I can think of is lots of PTO.

Cons

This was the worst place I've ever worked. If you enjoy feeling horrible about yourself, staying until 10pm, being belittled, and no one caring about you as an employee and as a human being, then this place is for YOU!!!! The amount of blood, sweat, and tears I put into this job is laughable compared to the horrible management I received. I never got any positive reinforcement. If I did something I was told to do, another person would get mad at me for it. You get yelled at if you ask too many questions. They expect you to read their mind. I dreaded it from the minute I woke up in the morning until I could leave. I went to HR multiple times and NOTHING ever came from it. Trust me, this place is chaos, the management is horrible, they treat their employees terribly - run as far away as Tommy Hilfiger Corp as you possibly can.

Pros

Benefits, PTO, Corporate holidays, maternity leave 14 weeks for new mom, still offers a pension plan in addition to a 401k.

Cons

For a company that tries to pivot and sells itself to millennials it really has no idea what makes millennials tick. TH is extremely top heavy,it lacks focus and it shows. There is no proper training. Merchandising/planning teams have no idea what they are doing, they are always playing catch-up to the consumer. Since it's so top heavy, there really is no opportunities for career development. Most of the upper management have been in the same area for 10+ years which can be very stifling for new ideas.

Pros

Very modern up to date office

Cons

Do not work here unless you love hierarchy, long hours (and on top of that being forced to attend happy hours and other events at least twice a week) and being underpaid. This company wants you to have little to no life outside of work without compensating you for it (unless you count alcohol). I was there 4/5 nights a week until at least 10pm. To compensate me for that they would have had to double what I was paid. This also wasn’t mentioned at all during the interview process.
