Pros

The people are friendly. They just lack ethics.

Cons

Tommy schedules its floor employees on average only 15 hours per week. It is very common that even though you were scheduled to work, they will call you within an hour of your start time to cancel your day. They say it is based on how much is sold for the week. This seems to mess up my schedule about every other weekend, where I plan to do something with my friends or my significant other. I'm also getting on average of only 5-7 hours a week, where I was expecting a summer job. I find this totally unethical.
