Pros

Great to be in Amsterdam and a good discount on both Tommy Hilfiger and CK brands

Cons

No work life balance. No time in lieu for working weekends. Zero sense of any humanity, don't expect to make any lasting friendships or find joy in this place. The pressure is always on, so everyone just keeps their heads down and work through. Much like a factory...

Pros

Great benefits: healthcare, pension scheme, parties, discounts, beautiful office, lunch restaurant, bar, in design (and some other) roles; International travel. Also some very talented, kind and inspiring employees.

Cons

Sadly rife with workplace politics, to the point of bullying. Incredibly fast staff turnover, even in management positions. I had more than 4 managers/directors etc within two years. Very long hours, I had zero work-life balance.

Pros

Can-do attitude. Always open to new ideas as long as your boss agrees with you...

Cons

Politics, politics, politics. 90% politics, 5% meetings, 5% working overtime.
