Competitive pay if you become a store manager

Cons

Wait forever to become a manager.... then sit there and realize you'll never go anywhere else. Pay sucks at lower levels. They try to control payroll so much that people have to work overtime and then they beeitch at you. Very unprofessional. There is a click in higher management. You can be black balled too. Obviously they will never admit to this practice but it is in full swing. Also they try to manage through intimidation. They constantly remind you that you are expendable, speak to you as if you were ignorant and never stand up for yourself.

It's a job and I offers insurance.

Cons

They treat employees like cattle with no regard to their personal or family lives. Make promises and back out. Force employees to work overtime and extra days with the veiled threat of losing their jobs. All because they are incapable of hanging on to management.

great initial training period for college interns. they fly you out to tampa, orlando, and chicago for training with all expenses paid for you.

Cons

after the initial, the work is boring and you get constant haggling from top management to sell sell sell and sell services to customers that they don't really need or overcharge them
