Wait forever to become a manager.... then sit there and realize you'll never go anywhere else. Pay sucks at lower levels. They try to control payroll so much that people have to work overtime and then they beeitch at you. Very unprofessional. There is a click in higher management. You can be black balled too. Obviously they will never admit to this practice but it is in full swing. Also they try to manage through intimidation. They constantly remind you that you are expendable, speak to you as if you were ignorant and never stand up for yourself.
