I've never more fulfilled to work for another firm. All the way from staff members to Admin and HR, everyone here treats each other like family. The amount of training and time invested by Leadership on employees is something unseen. Everyone works together as a team, and we all share common goals. The Firm is growing exponentially and, thus, is a very high-speed environment where you will learn something new every day.

I hope we expand to other markets so we can help more people in need.

The Matian Firm , an environment where succeeding is the only option. The fast paste learning , efficiency of work, and knowledge you gain is a goal accomplished once you adapt. You gain not only co-workers but a team who works together relentlessly to be the best. We serve out client's with respect and professionalism.

Cons

As a paralegal our case load is a challenge, which takes the right individual to adapt and succeed. The growth may threaten those who are not up for a challenge , yet excite those who seek knowledge and growth.

Pros

1. The firm is not stale or static. It is actively seeking to grow and improve. Upper management applies positive pressure for performance improvement and is investing in space and equipment for growth. 2. There is a lot of camaraderie among staff. We get along with each other. Each person and department has its own responsibilities, but everyone is ready and willing to help the other. 3. The firm builds its services along the needs of the client. For example, it offers early evening and Sat. appointments , installment plans, free consultations, etc. 4. The firm often offers a chance to clients that have been rejected by others. we take difficult cases and give our clients a fighting chance.

Cons

1. Once in a while, our growth gets ahead of our capacity to serve our clients. For example, the amount of copying/printing exceeds our printer's capacity, or the number of clients in the waiting room exceeds the space, or the number of files exceeds the number of "hands on deck" to handle the volume. These are "good problems," but they are still problems. Generally, the firm responds and highers more help, or purchases a larger copier, or expends the office, etc. But the time between problem and solution can be stressful.
