Compare to other immigration law firms I have worked, this firm is the best. HR is the open, welcoming, and tries to accommodate every employee. The immigration supervisors are very understanding. The caseload is manageable.

Pros

There is huge opportunity for upward mobility. You learn so much in a very short amount of time. You get to learn straight from real attorneys and real cases. Organized. Autonomy. Easy communication with upper-management and HR. Interesting cases. There's just never a dull moment at TMF!

Cons

There have been changes in the last few months that have taken care of the cons of the firm! No cons I can think of now.

Pros

The Matian Firm is a great place to work because there is so much opportunity to grow and move up. Shawn, the president and owner of the firm, really appreciates hard workers and employees who go above and beyond. It is also a great place to learn and acquire new skills. It is also a stable work environment.

Cons

The benefits could be a bit better and I wish we had more court holidays off.
