-Great work experience for an entry level job -Fast paced environment -Career growth opportunity for high performers -Cool perks -I really enjoy the management style

-Somewhat hard to move up the ladder -Could be too fast paced for some -No extra training or leadership events/seminars for hourly FT employees -Pay could be better

Pros

Great benefits, health insurance, super 401(k), lots of paid time off, company pays for life insurance and disability. We also get great access to soccer tickets, pro-shop discounts and early access to all events.

Cons

Demanding schedule without a lot of flexibility.
