A really bad experience

Pros

As another reviewer said "great line to put on resume"

Cons

The senior management is very old fashioned and they have been working there for decades. It is a very closed circle. They expect you to be liked and to gain the respect of your peers instead of communicating what is expected from you clearly.

Pros

Flexible hours, paid with tips, ability to work at fun sporting/music events, great customer sales experience.

Cons

Cruel lower-level management, very low base-pay, bad parking, must work all-weather events.

Pros

Great line item on resume and excellent experiences as entry-level job.

Cons

You will lose your nights, weekends, holidays, time with family, etc. There is no such thing as work-life balance.
