It's a huge resume builder, and you will learn a ton about the sports industry. This job will set you up perfectly for the next job, but do not expect to build a career here.

Cons

There is very limited upward mobility at the company. Annual salary increase is less than 3% the last year I was there. The annual employee tenure is around one year because the pay is so low
