Wonderful colleagues Ability to make your own decisions Good products to sell Good 401K plan even for part-timers (after 1 year) Flexible schedule

Cons

Since going public, too much focus on signing customers up for the perks program. Not really explaining WHY so much pressure to sign people up. Sometimes someone wants to just buy a container and leave. This affects your sign-up stats for the day, which are posted for all to see.

You did get a discount on merchandise while employed there... Other than that there wasn't much upside.

Cons

Unwilling to work around my college baseball schedule. Me - "Don't schedule me on ____day two weeks from now until I find out what my practice/game schedule is. Them - "OK, sure." {schedules me on ____day in the early evening anyway, then got upset when I was still at practice when they scheduled me, even though I'd told them again, usually several times}.
