The work is physically VERY demanding, not enough breaks are given. Great disparity between hourly wages for the same job (minority workers get paid significantly less.) Buying into health insurance is offered to part-timers but the insurance is very limited and has a shockingly low cap on annual and lifetime $. An oppressive "corporate culture" is imposed (which is mocked privately by most employees) and there is a lot of pressure to join in in daily cheers and "celebrations". There are no bonuses ever, no profit-sharing and no monetary incentive to constantly produce more.

They expect ALOT out of you as a PT employee. They expect extreme flexibility in your availability. As with most retail, you are expected to work weekends. Their benefits package for PT employees is completely employee paid.
