when i began my tour the people were exceptional and fun to work with

Cons

management not interested in making anything better for their employees, they just want you out of their hair so they can go sit in a "meeting". they used to hire great people but now they are trying to pay less and not give raises so the people are somehow lesser. everything good and bad that happens there is a "celebration", you seriously have to drink the kool aid. even then, its not enough.

A lot of good people work for the company. Not the worst place to work as far as retail goes

Cons

Ridiculous slogans and constant nonsense about being "one of the best companies to work for." In reality, they don't care about their employees any more than any other business. Snobby customers.

Great pay for industry, friendly co-workers who show great team work, great training for employees.

Cons

5am shifts are killer. No real complaints except customers can be extremely demanding and unreasonable! CS was a great experience!
