Pros

Co-workers were a lot of fun. If you want to learn more, you are welcome to it. Great work out if you want to wake up early in the morning.

Cons

It's difficult to get promoted from within. Upper management (above the in store level) don't really know what's going on and only want the numbers to go up. It's difficult to let someone go based on performance. The idea of the foundation principles are great... but doesn't actually trickle down to the store managers.

-coworkers. diverse, educated group of people that help you grow, feels like family -responsibilities are tough, but very rewarding. you feel like you make an impact -benefits are quite good, decent medical and paid time off

Cons

-managers have lost touch with staff, micromanaging and quick to shift blame when numbers are down -lack of staff means constant overworking, tension as you are pulled in several different directions at once
