Pays well for retail, offer good benefits to long time employees

Cons

boss told my co workers to go into trash compactor while it was on. My co worker said he's been doing that for years. Unsafe workplace, ignoring safety precautions. My Co Workers jumped up and down on cardboard while the trash compactor sucked it into a grinder. Extremly dangerous and stupid. Would never work here again. Long time employees refused to help me. I worked once a week and they had lots of inventory. When asked for help they would tell me "You figure it out".

The managers are always there to go to for training or concerns within the business. Part time employees can get health insurance and PTO. Great environment to work in.

Cons

Some customers tend to be sassy, though that can be said in any retail environment. Not really a reflection of the company.
