      Pros

      Great training and great people to work with. Employees are empowered to make their own decisions to benefit the customer and the company based on their great training and intuition. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Career advancement is difficult/hard to come by. Employees DO NOT get two days off in a row.

      Pros

      Most of the staff are hard working people with great knowledge and experience. If you have been there long enough the pay is descent

      Cons

      Company is changing away from their culture no matter what they say. This store is highly dysfunctional with most managers not really fitting the profile of a manager. The best people are all talking about leaving because of the pay freeze and lack of opportunity.

      Pros

      You will be surrounded in the trenches by talented people who also give their all.

      Cons

      Your wages will be frozen. Your 401k match won't exist. All this in celebration of a successful 2015! Your CEO will step down, but don't worry--the same inner circle will run things just as they always have, destroying hundreds of millions of dollars invested by shareholders on good faith. Let's not forget--the IPO didn't invest in the company's future, they cashed your money out as a dividend! Then sent the stock to one-fifth the initial retail investor price and left employees with IPO stock badly upside down. Kip, that's worth retiring over in satisfaction!
