      Pros

      Great environment and people hours are going to be there no matter what shape the business is in. Friendly coworkers and supervisors

      Cons

      Cheap doesn't pay good for the work you do. The raises they always give an excuse for why they can't give you a better one. Even though they don't cut hours they will do wage freezes without notice. Basically make up rules as they go if it isn't the exact way they want they will fire you. Just a cheap company that refuses to pay the employees good money for the work performed you can perform at top level and get only a .30-.50¢ raise every 6 months. People have been there over 10yrs barely making $19/hr. Benefits suck was paying $70 a week for insurance at new job pay $70 a month. And when the company is in bad shape they don't give you holiday pay if you work that day only straight time.

      Flexible work schedule, great discount on products, open and helpful environment, room for advancement, lots of training, good starting pay for retail

      Cons

      When sales slow down, there are major cuts to part-time employee hours. The company knows this happens every year and should plan for it throughout the year so that part-time employees are not affected so much. It's impossible to pay bills on 1-2 shifts per week.

      You'll working with amazing people, great discounts on merchandise, lots of training, decent pay (though not as great as they make it seem)

      Cons

      At the end of the day, its just another retail job. If you DO end up drinking the Kool-Aid, you'll love everything about TCS and it will become your life and your Disney World. That seems to be the case for most, if not all, of the full time workers, who are often unwilling to be a mentor to those who want to grow. Not cool, guys. Not cool. For us part time folks: awful hours, on your feet for extended periods of time without a rest period (and if you ask for one you head gets chewed off). Impossible to grow into a full time role if you are part time, despite any initiative taken to grow and learn.
