      Pros

      It is a genuinely caring organisation which looks after its staff and makes decisions based on the company values. The company also recognises health and well-being and ensures it looks after its staff

      Cons

      We are not always the slickest in how we do things but this is a big focus at the moment and we are implementing new systems

      Fantastic professional development for employees, friendly environment to work in with excellent staff and great support from employers including managers and supervisors

      Cons

      My stay with them wasn't long enough as I was on a temporary contract and wanted to go permanent. But unfortunately at the time they didn't have any vacancies that I could apply for.
