      Pros

      One of my favourite jobs to date, was a Christmas Casual twice it was so amazing! The team are my dream coworkers, always friendly, smiling and the kindest, most generous people you will meet. Super supportive workplace and a great company! Overall a wonderful experience :)

      Got super busy over Christmas and then in January hours were cut

      - Community driven, will help pay for volunteer hours - Community fair trade ingredients

      Cons

      -Manager is most of the time in the back room and not leading on the sales floor - Gas lights employees into covering shifts they do not want to do - Manager does not work Sundays and mandates everyone else to - Schedule only provided a week before

      Good first job for a teenager or as a side job. Customers are good.

      Cons

      Toxic environment, too much pressure for little to no reward. Greenwashing company. The prices have increased A LOT but they haven't raised any salaries. There's no career development.
