Wasn’t brief the exact commission scheme until I went into the job and I was told that every store has different commission scheme and I’ll get at least $100-$200 per month. The commission scheme is pathetic after I went in, I regretted my choice. Even using staff discount also need to spend minimum $100, troublesome, rather don’t use the staff discount. Take turns with colleagues to serve customers. Business is bad, hence commission will be Low if take turns with colleagues to serve customers. Customers Signing up for new membership is a hassle. As for my working experience there, I didn’t have a good impression with the supervisor as I was being told that inexperienced just within one week of my work there and unfriendly colleagues, telling me to take turns to serve as if I don’t have to serve!

Very customer/shop floor focused, not a lot of warehouse working etc if that's what you enjoy.
