Leadership is toxic, with strong blame culture. Culture of hiring external for leadership roles Temp or contract leadership roles Using very dated strategies as this is all they understand.

My manager was nice and so were my co workers.

Cons

The customers can be real jerks sometimes - especially when it comes down to taking down their email for the memberships. The head managers will make you mad with their constant talk of “the customer is always right” instead of backing you up. Also, some of their products suck so it can be hard selling it LOL
