Pros

The products are nice and are a great value.

Cons

The company is trying to do better and be more “woke”, but no matter how many trainings they provide many managers and DM’s don’t even make it a priority to attend or put the practices to work in improving the company culture and make real change. The company tries hard to be operationally sound but many issues still effect the retail and store experience and then blame stores for the results or penalize them to where they can’t bonus fairly. DM’s are inconsistent and one store manager is held to one standard - others are held to another and written up for not making goals that others are overlooked who are also not making the same goals because they are given preferential treatment. Covid19 has made this a very stressful time and finding people to work is almost impossible. Technology is archaic and the company doesn’t seem to care about fixing it.
