      Work life balance is good

      Many Cons. Where do I even start 1. Extreme pay disparity. People on same level same profile also have two extremes of salaries 2. Favoritism: if u r boss' favorite you will flourish. Otherwise forget about growth 3. You have to wait for your senior to move to get a promotion. 4. Mediocrity is awarded 5. Worst comp and benefit 6. No vision for the future 7. Tip management is useless 8. If your boss harassed you and complaint HR, you will be fired 9. Worst HR team ever. They will straight away deny helping you or worse, won't reply at all 10. People have a lot of attitude problem. 11. Company culture is very bad 12. Your growth is manager dependent and not hard work

      Pros

      Pay is decent and, well, that's about it.

      Cons

      Very antiquated. Projects and how they go about development is disjointed and highly ineffective. Groups are silo'd and they have no way to plan appropriately or understand the big picture. Major layoffs and attrition hurt the talent pool. They do little for professional growth. Leadership and HR also don't keep their word.
