Pros

Opportunity to work on different projects and get exposure to various parts of the business. Great location. The business is growing rapidly which means more job stability. Most people enjoy working there and are easy to get along with.

Cons

Abysmal training/orientation. Benefits are basic and bare bones. There is a bonus structure for certain salary grades but this is kept secret. Corporate culture lacks polish. Managers do not coach or mentor employees. HR does not provide clear documentation on PTO and floating holidays. No team building events or exercises to build employee morale. High stress and drab environment resulted in several employees becoming seriously ill. Chronic smoking in front of the main entrance.

unclear internal communication, lack of clarity of roles & responsibilities, lack of knowledge sharing sessions, salary structure, unclear heirarchy, job security

Pros

aggressive growth and development plans, lots of opportunities if you are proactive, lots of development opportunity.

Cons

remuneration isn't always market leading but it is becoming more attractive, IT is always an issue but there are plans to change this (it does affect work at present though)
