      Quite transparent. The ultimate aim is to get stuff done and colleagues are always willing to help. This attitude seems very consistent

      Cons

      Sometimes it takes an individual effort for the project to shift to a different gear. It is this required effort that we do not seem to be putting in.

      Easy to pick the job up and start working Managers are very helpful and understanding Coworkers are some of the nicest people around Pay is adequate Your lunch is paid for

      Job can get stale Might not be able to continue working because there is not enough equipment to go around On a contract basis, there are almost no benefits. People might encroach on your shift Sometimes, there is not enough work to go around
