Unlimited opportunities

Pros

Out of personal experience, literally, unlimited opportunities. 6+ years in Teva I've taken a diversity of 3 roles and had developed as a person and manager. Another big pro is being surrounded by dedicated talented people

Cons

Many changes (of course, some for the best) – you'd need to know how to contain and manage it

Pros

Teva surprisingly compensates employees well between base pay and bonus when they are funded. Medical benefits are pretty good and in fact one of my healthcare providers compared them to the level of benefits he sees with police / firefighters in my region. The 401K plan is also a good plan with a nice match and annual company contribution. There are a number of really good team members with excellent standing in industry.

Cons

Too many political games going on in IT upper management which is stuck in a never ending cycle of analysis paralysis. The company is hyper focused on cost and can't distinguish cost from value. My management would always roll over for the finance team and allow them to dictate business objectives. Instead of making advancements for the company we struggled with just having payments made to vendors. Very low morale for most employees who have endured this behavior and there is a lot of dead wood entrenched in the organization as a result. The end result is that is difficult to get anything meaningful done and a constant stream initiatives that are pipe dreams at best. It's a great place if you just want to spin your wheels and you can always get praised for cutting costs even if it ends up costing the company more in the long-run.

Egotistical CEO - poor leadership, company going down the tubes

Pros

it's still a paycheck, I guess.

Cons

This company is a complete and total joke. Leadership is stuck 10 years behind in every sense of the word. Poor products, poor management, zero leadership, disdain for work from home or any kind of life balance. Kare Schultz thinks it's progressive to have people back in the office in the middle of a pandemic. If you or a loved one are high risk, too bad. You need to be in the office or you lose your job. At the same time, Kare is excited to offshore more jobs to workers who are 100% remote, will make 1/4 of the pay and a fraction of the quality, but this is hailed as a service improvement. Between the lawsuits and poor business decisions, this company will not be around much longer.
