Diversity Independence Individual Growth Irvine location beautiful Highly skilled Co-workers Average seniority is above 18 yrs.

Cons

Budgets are slashed below minimal. Corporate leadership is so unaccountable local management blames them for everything. Site is so decentralized that crucial support systems are non existant. i.e. Human Resources, IT, Reg Affairs. Annual reviews are not utilized to encourage but to demoralize employees. Performance increases are non-existent and never have kept up with inflation.

Pros

Health insurance is very good. 401k and stock are very good. You do get paid well for what you do.

Cons

All the hard workers do not get move up, the company is very political and do not reward in a promotion. Promotions are base on buddy system.

Most of the people are great. The company does retain a bit of a "small company" vibe. The benefits are top-notch.

Cons

Dysfunction, lack of communication, and cronyism are the standard. It sometimes seems that to move up, it's who you know rather than what you know.
