      The mission that drives this company is amazing, and it really unites everyone to work together as a team to provide the best services. I’m proud to be part of a company that is making better days for millions of patients. Regardless of your role in the company, working in this industry offers you the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives. Plus, it’s a global organization and I get to work with a number of different colleagues from all over the globe. The people I work with on a daily basis are great. You are provided opportunities for stretch roles to advance your career.

      Wow is it bad

      Pros

      Carpet on the floors, pay checks don't bounce, it's kind of clean most of the time. It also is very secure.

      Cons

      It was bad from day one. Talent acquisition flat out lied to me and said I could move up within the company. Couldn't be farther from the truth. They hire relatives and friends, and only give promotions to them. Racism and sexist comments were commonplace in my department. Mangers tried to make it an enjoyable place to work, but HR always stopped them. This place is bad bad bad. Trust me if a recruiter calls you tells you this is the place, don't go. They literally ruined two years of my life and I'm still paying for it now.

      Going downhill

      Pros

      Base compensation is fair. Benefits package is better than average. PTO is above average.

      Cons

      Recent changes to the executive team, and a round of layoffs, have completely change the culture. New CEO as of 2023, and the jury is still out in that regard, but the wave of changes to the exec team that followed has been very disruptive. Trust is non-existent. Emphasis on growth and development is gone. Work/life balance is gone. Penny pinching is unimaginable, which at first glance of the company financials is sort of understandable, almost even expected, but it wasn't like that until recently. Teva had done a great job balancing debt load and spending, until now.
