Tiene estabilidad. Esta un proceso de cambio cultural interesante.

Cons

Muy burocratica. No existe el ascenso (es muy dificil). Tampoco existen aumentos salariales mas alla de los de inflacion. No hay reconocimiento. Los materiales de trabajo son de media para abajo.
