In a process to become Data Driven the Top Management have lost track and control on key work and the strategy required and fall into a chaotic process where somehow, they expect is going to be shaped and solved by itself. The employees still working in silos most of the time, basically due to the middle management not sharing the vision and focusing on working on Core Businesses merge at the same time of trying to launch new strategic business lines . This sets the whole focus on day-to-day actions to solve long term problems instead of working on blueprint design for future IT architecture, workflows and brand-new roles to cover current and future demand including new data regulation in the long run. Salary lost most of it value due to inflation and normally is being adjusted late and below competitors. Mood and morale are low in many teams working along the company.
