      Pros

      Advance technology is in place. Management allow for innovative ideas. Challenging deadline for most projects. Good working environment. Nice central location and good restaurants around.

      Cons

      Two societies live in the company. The old gang and the new second class company citizens where mainly are contractors. Rotation level is high.
